Systematic Inc. provides support to all customers of both our IRIS and SitaWare ® software products.

 Due to the complex nature of both the IRIS and SitaWare solutions, application of the solutions and the technical environment that we operate in, Systematic Inc. offers all customers technical advice and support in relation to operation of our solutions and the technical environment surrounding our solutions, as well as how to install, maintain and best utilize our software solutions.

We know that planning, installing and maintaining critical systems is crucial for our customers, so when we sell licenses to both IRIS and SitaWare solutions, customers are always offered services assisting them with preparation, implementation and installation of the software, as well as the subsequent maintenance and update of the software solutions.

As these critical systems must be able to interoperate with many other critical systems, Systematic Inc. offers analysis of customer’s computer systems in relation to sizing of required hardware, creating integrations to other software solutions, and additional services as needed.

 To always meet customer demands for specific functionality or in connection with any sale of IRIS and SitaWare products, Systematic Inc. is able to provide customers with custom designed functionality, add-ons and other applications, which have been designed specifically for the individual customer’s needs.
